There are several methods to reduce distractions that involve avoiding noise, hunger, and the temptation of technology.
Distractions do not benefit or surpass the ability to push through cognitive abilities; therefore, practicing techniques to limit contact with technology will improve the skills of conductive work. 2. I really enjoyed your explanation of your book, you clearly described all the main topics in the section you read. I agree that we have many distractions and it is very difficult to get rid of these distractions. Like you mentioned technology is a great distraction, in my life my phone is a great distraction because every time it goes off i am tempted to see what the notification is, keeping me away from my task.

  3. Your description of the book really gives a great summarization, even if it's just the first few pages, and it really gives me a good insight on what the book is about. You explanation about how distractions supress us from our cognitive abilities makes me want to read the book myself so maybe I can learn a thing or two. Great work!

  4. I agree with your book's idea of avoiding noise, technology, and hunger. Technology is a huge distraction in most of our lives and contributes to laziness. I do, however, think it is better to study or do productive work when you are not hungry. Being fed gives me the energy to get my homework done. Other than that, your book sounds like it is a great way to reduce procrastination. My book, Atomic Habits, also provides different methods to improve your habits and make you more productive.

  5. I enjoyed how you were able to describe the beginning of the book very simple yet I was able to comprehend the ideas. I also agree with how technology plays a huge distraction in our lives as I constantly find looking at my phone as I do homework.
